Booking Conditions

New Clients

Pre-payment is required for all first-time clients prior to the shoot date in order to establish payment history. After two completed bookings, clients may request to complete a credit reference application. Upon approval and verification of timely payment history, pre-payment requirements may be waived.

Payment Policy

Accepted forms of payment include cashier’s check, ACH transfer, wire transfer, or credit card.

Payment in full must be received no later than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled booking. A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Any bank wire transfer fees must be covered by the client and may not be deducted from the total amount due.

Agency Service Fee

A 20% agency service fee will be applied to all model rates unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Model Rates & Overtime

Model rates are based on an 8-hour day unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Overtime will be billed at time-and-a-half (1.5x) the agreed hourly rate after eight (8) hours.

Cancellation Policy

Within 48 hours of the booking: 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.

Within 24 hours of the booking: 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.

Weather Permits

For weather-permit bookings, same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee if the booking is immediately rescheduled, or a full fee if not rescheduled. Early weather permit cancellations remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.

“Book or Release” status will be enforced when secondary bookings are prepared to confirm.

Travel

Travel exceeding three (3) hours each way will incur an additional half-day rate.

Usage Rights

Usage is strictly limited to the rights explicitly granted within the booking agreement and may not be extended, renewed, or expanded without prior written approval and negotiated fees.

Social Media Usage

Standard branded social media usage is included unless otherwise stated. Any paid advertising, boosted content, whitelisting, licensing, or third-party social media usage must be disclosed in advance and negotiated separately.

Lingerie, Swimwear & Undergarments

Includes, but is not limited to: bras, panties, slips, hosiery, sleepwear, swimwear, sheer, transparent, or translucent garments. All such bookings must receive prior model approval before confirmation and may be subject to additional fees.

Hair Changes

Any haircut, color treatment, extensions, chemical treatment, or significant hair modification must receive prior written approval from the agency before the booking is confirmed.

Advertising Conflicts

Clients are responsible for checking with the agency regarding any potential advertising, brand, or exclusivity conflicts prior to booking confirmation.

Third-Party Usage

All terms regarding third-party usage must be disclosed in advance and honored in full. Responsibility for compliance rests solely with the contracting third party.

AI & Machine Learning Policy

Images, video, likeness, voice, or content involving agency talent may not be used for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, dataset training, digital replication, or synthetic media purposes without prior written consent and separately negotiated compensation.

Model Protection

We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful, and harassment-free working environment for all agency talent. Any concerns regarding conduct, safety, or working conditions should be reported to the agency immediately.
